-a fragrant, elegant and textured Chardonnay

Hand picked on the 16th March 2023, Clones 15 and Mendoza were whole bunch pressed and the juice went straight to barrel. Wild ferment with some occasional lees stirring - combined with approx 30% new oak in this Chardonnay adds a bit of structure and mouth feel. Stayed in barrel for 10 months before being bottled. Vegan.
